The NDIS funds Medium Term Accommodation (MTA) for up to three months.  Some people may require housing assistance post-hospital, while home renovations are taking place, awaiting an SDA property being completed or for periods between private or public housing authority leases commencing.  

MTA accommodation funding is not limited to accessible housing, however, in most instances a level of accessibility is necessary to ensure access into and around the home and for assistance with daily living tasks such as personal hygiene activities.  

451 Beach offers 2 bedroom apartments with many accessible design features to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible.

Auto doors to all apartments provide easy access, and ensuite bathrooms are suitable for showering independently or assisted.  All door openings are wide, with generous spaces throughout the kitchen and living areas.  The balconies are long and wide so you may host your guests comfortably inside and out.

With a queen-sized second bedroom, you needn't stay alone.  Bring your family or support team.
