Hospital discharge.

If your client is medically well and unable to be discharged from the hospital due to unsuitable housing options for their physical needs, please contact us to discuss accommodation availability and pricing.  


If you are a health provider and need to connect with specialist nursing and support providers we can put you in touch with organisations currently supporting other residents on site. 

For independent providers.

All welcome.

Current tenants are well established in their supports, so we see a range of independent support workers and support agencies assisting residents in their homes.


Halcyon is an accommodation provider only.  To avoid conflict of interest, it is our priority to ensure our residents never feel they need to leave home because their supports are not working out for them.  Our service agreements will only ever be for accommodation.


If you have clients that need a short, medium or long term accommodation offering, please feel free to book a time to schedule a viewing.

451 Beach is a small complex of apartments.  We take the quiet enjoyment of others very seriously and ask that you consider the potential for disruption and safety of other tenants before deciding if a stay is appropriate.
