ACCOMMODATION SOLUTIONS.

Hospital discharge.

If your client is medically well and unable to be discharged from the hospital due to unsuitable housing options for their physical needs, please contact us to discuss accommodation availability and pricing.  


If you are a health provider and need to connect with specialist nursing and support providers we can put you in touch with organisations currently supporting other residents on site. 

STA stays.

Short-term accommodation stays can be accommodated for a nightly rate if we have vacancies.  Ideally, you will bring your own support providers, however, if you need support staff for some or all hours during your stay, arrangements can be made with advance notice.

  • Power, water, and internet 
  • Access to sun deck for BBQs and gatherings
  • Secure parking


*Limited adjustable electric hospital beds available on request

451 Beach is a small complex of apartments.  We take the quiet enjoyment of others very seriously and ask that you consider whether booking the apartments may result in disruption or the safety of other tenants before deciding if a stay is appropriate.
