Accommodation solutions.

Hospital discharge.

If your client is medically well and unable to be discharged from the hospital due to unsuitable housing options for their physical needs, please contact us to discuss accommodation availability and pricing.  


If you are a health provider and need to connect with specialist nursing and support providers we can put you in touch with organisations currently supporting other residents on site. 

STA stays.

Short-term accommodation stays can be accommodated for a nightly rate if we have vacancies.  Ideally, you will bring your own support providers, however, if you need support staff for some or all hours during your stay, arrangements can be made with advance notice utilising one of the service providers operating on site through a separate service agreement.

For independent providers.

All welcome.

Being more than half full, most of our initial tenants are well established in their supports, so we have a range of independent support workers and support agencies assisting our residents in their homes.


Halcyon Homes is an accommodation provider only.  To avoid conflict of interest it is our priority to ensure our residents never feel they need to leave home because their supports are not working out for them.  Our service agreements will only ever be for accommodation.


If you have clients that need a short, medium or long term accommodation offering, please feel free to book a time to schedule a viewing.

Hosting your clients

451 Beach is a small complex of apartments.  We take the quiet enjoyment of others very seriously and ask that you consider whether booking the apartments may result in disruption or the safety of other tenants before deciding if a stay is appropriate.
